On several occasions, I feel as if I was taken advantage of, and I don’t like it one bit and I will never use the facility againAlso was forced to have insurance, which I did not agree to also charged for that charge a convenience fee to pay my bill online, which is total bullshit. No you won’t see me again and don’t ever contact me.

Almost never had carts and several automatic doors were out of order too often. When we emptied our unit, we notified the front desk but clearly they did nothing to record it
