Rate increases are too steep. Excessive expenditures on unnecessary locks and administrative fees seem unreasonable. The gate code entry boxes cannot be reached from a vehicle door. Staff was not present and unreachable by phone at times.

Your customer service is excellent, the facility clean and easy to maneuver and it feels very secure. I have worked with you in two different sized units for over a year now and the experience has been flawless to this point. If the price point continues to be competitive, you have a long term customer.

I actually didn't leave CubeSmart, I moved some stuff from a storage bin in another city and combined into a larger bin. I love cubesmart. Customer service is great, the facility is scrupulously clean and truly climate controlled. Good elevators, good security. Love CubeSmart.
