Aside from the outrageous price increases, While moving my belongings out, I discovered evidence of a mouse infestation within the unit. This was extremely disappointing to find, especially considering this is a premium, climate-controlled space. Given the monthly rates charged for this facility, I expected a clean and well-maintained environment that would ensure the safety of my property. Finding pest activity in a controlled indoor unit is frankly unacceptable.Please confirm receipt of this notice and that my account has been closed effective May 3. I would also appreciate knowing what steps you are taking to address this hygiene issue for your other tenants.
