The storage itself was fine but did not like the continuous price increases on the monthly rate

Chose CubeSmart for low price after moving to area out of state - was very unhappy that price increased the very next month, and kept increasing until paying almost double what original price was. Facility also had mice which ruined some of items being stored. Also would have appreciated better lighting in facility - lighting was motion-activated and not sufficient enough to see clearly while in unit. Access times were satisfactory; also appreciated available moving carts. But would not choose CubeSmart again because of price hikes.

Easy access

The convenience of location, access, communication & payment are excellent. The staff are friendly and the facility is clean & well maintained. The process to close out my unit was just as easy as opening, which I appreciate. I found the welcome bag a warm touch & the ease of movement through the parking lot and building, ideal.
