The items that I stored were kept in tack. Previously, I close one of my units after notifying the manager at my site that I would be closing it, calling her and the customer service line several times and leaving a message that it was done.The money was still taken from my account. I wanted a refund, however, the manager who's no longer there, stated that the payment would be applied to another unit but it was not. I received a call from someone at Cube Smart stating that I owed money. It took a little while but we did get the situation straight. I had no other issues.
