Office staff very kind and helpful but have an 8 because you raised the fees after only 2 months. Raising the fees that quickly makes your advertising very deceptive. Will never use storage again no matter what. Way too expensive. You do have excellent staff.

The lady working that day went above and beyond to get the locks off my storage unit after I lost my keys.

The items that I stored were kept in tack. Previously, I close one of my units after notifying the manager at my site that I would be closing it, calling her and the customer service line several times and leaving a message that it was done.The money was still taken from my account. I wanted a refund, however, the manager who's no longer there, stated that the payment would be applied to another unit but it was not. I received a call from someone at Cube Smart stating that I owed money. It took a little while but we did get the situation straight. I had no other issues.
