Access to the garbage containers was unavailable. I was charged $60 for placing a box next to the locked garbage containers. This action does not constitute loitering. The staff were rude, and my overall experience was negative.

My rate was raised twice in a little over one year to almost double what I started at the staff at the freehold location were very nice and professional. I just felt I was being taken advantage of with the pricing.

Contacted by office staff immediately after online registration. Given instructions on using app for entry and exit. Lock and bin instructions in bin upon arrival.

The elevator is been out for over a year !!!! And I have been lie to aOn many occasions.Unexceptionable!!!To be told it's to much money to fix !!!But I didn't get a discount!! For my inconvenience!!!! For a year of no elevator!!!
