We had a great experience with CubeSmart. The staff at our location was so kind. We had moved from another local storage that kept increasing the fee by 40-50% every few months. Although CubeSmart also increased their pricing during our tenure with them, they were always upfront about the increases and it never felt like they were taking advantage. They were very standard annual increases.

Your company dose not care about your customers . i was late fees because your representative put the wrong account info on my profile and i was told they refused to give back the late fees. you also increased my rent so high you pushed me out. i will tell all my friends never use this facility

On the plus side, Mike, the local manager, is absolutely wonderful. He alone makes it worth maintaining my business relationship with CubeSmart. The access times and location of the facility are also beneficial.On the negative side, CubeSmart shows absolutely no loyalty to long-standing customers. In most customer oriented businesses, long-standing customers are rewarded with discounts, as are those who are repeat customers. I have been with this facility for years. I have two units currently. I have seen my monthly charges increase recently by roughly 25 to 30 percent. In essence, CubeSmart has just added an additional four payments to my annual fees. It is reaching the point that, regardless of the positives, I may seriously need to look into storage units with other companies here in Freehold.Also, just to explain my answer to question number three, I no longer need this storage locker because I upgraded to a larger storage locker with CubeSmart. Of course, being a long-standing customer with multiple lockers affords me absolutely no respect from your company.
