The elevator is been out for over a year !!!! And I have been lie to aOn many occasions.Unexceptionable!!!To be told it's to much money to fix !!!But I didn't get a discount!! For my inconvenience!!!! For a year of no elevator!!!

The representative in Freehold,NJ Christine, went out of her way to show us the unit and explain all the details.She was helpful, courteous, and had just the right customer service vibe to seal the deal for us.

The service obtains the storage unit was quick and excellent.Vacating was equally stress free.I will return the CubeSmart when the need arise,

I was very pleased with the service I received at this location and the management was extremely helpful and kind to me. I never had any issues with the rental.

1. Within 6 months, my storage fees went up.2. Over the last month, there was an infestation of bugs by the elevators; many were dead, but the live ones slowly gravitated down the aisles. Better extermination is needed.3. Elevators keep breaking down.

Clean, easy access, reasonably priced.

We had a great experience with CubeSmart. The staff at our location was so kind. We had moved from another local storage that kept increasing the fee by 40-50% every few months. Although CubeSmart also increased their pricing during our tenure with them, they were always upfront about the increases and it never felt like they were taking advantage. They were very standard annual increases.

The Manager, Michael is very pleasant and always available for questions or whatever comes up. The facility is safe

Your company dose not care about your customers . i was late fees because your representative put the wrong account info on my profile and i was told they refused to give back the late fees. you also increased my rent so high you pushed me out. i will tell all my friends never use this facility
