Very Good Facilities & Friendly Staff

I rented a storage unit and received the discount.2 weeks later, while logged into my accout, I rented a parking spot for my trailer.This had a 40% off and 2nd month free. I was emailed by the storage manager that they would not honor the 2nd month free because I had 2 storage areas.This is false and deceptive advertising and I will file a complaint with the FTC.

All good, except for price rises after a month or so.

The Store Manager was very helpful and very much customer oriented !However, the constant price increase over the time I was rented my storage unit was for me just unacceptable...(rom $ 150 to $ 480 (!!!) I moved to a smaller unit, which was recommended and offered by the Store Manager.

Customer service is always courteous, and helpful. Very happy with Michael's help and service.

They were fair no price gouging and the place was always clean the workers wereAlways nice and helpful Mike in particular

Having to have insurance should be a choice of the individuals not mandatory.

Quick and easy process. Reserving a unit online was convenient.
