Awesome service and very helpful experience and excellent

Quality, cleanliness, and security of facility was excellent, staff was always very helpful during my stay. The only reason I do not give a 10/10 is the increasing rates. However I did appreciate that the rate increase amounts and timing were clearly communicated, so there were no surprises.

You raised the monthly rate 3x in less than two years from $108 to $154

XAndria was very kind and went out of the way to help us every step of the way, when I arrived in my new city I immediately went with Cubesmart.

I was very pleased with this facility until I had moved out on April 11th of this year, I was told I only had to make sure that I had moved out before my payment due date for the month, which was on the 16th, and there would be no problem. Well on the 17th the payment for the unit was pulled from my account and I called that day and was assured that it would be back in my account in the next few days, when it wasn't I called again and was reassured that it had been "approved" to be returned to me and I should have it in my account by the end of the week. my account still not theref.

The awesome customer serve! Andy in Freeport was awesome. He made sure I had a clear understanding of everything before I left.
