Very convenient and close by my mom's house. Nice big 10x20 on the ground floor too.Also, both ladies I dealt with who I guess are from the Sacramento store were so helpful and friendly. I can't thank them enough.

The unit I have is on the side that the elevator doesn't work, and it was the only option for the size I needed at this time, which made my move this time a little harder. I lived cube smart the first time I rented so I had gone back to rent again, but this experience is having me a little stressed. I am not in the best health for all the heavy lifting up stairs

The storage is nice area and clean especially the cart is not there for 2nd floor because of long hallways as back and forth to carry without the cart. It needs cart as big time. Thanks for the service.

I need a manager or a supervisor to call me as soon as possible. I never did put my belonging in your storage unit, but I see your company charge me $67.04 on January 30, 2026. A refund need to be put back in my US BANK CHECKING ACCOUNT for $67.04. I never put my belongings in your storage unit the unit that I was assigned online, it was some problem with the unit so I never rented the unit, Call me at (510)626-3749

I would not recommend this location due to safety concerns. On several occasions when I stopped by in the evening to pick up or drop off items, there were groups of individuals lingering outside their units as if it were a hangout spot. They did not appear welcoming, and at times there was a large dog roaming the area without a leash. As a woman, I did not feel comfortable or safe visiting this location alone, even for a quick stop.The storage unit itself functioned well, and I had no issues with the space or the security of my belongings.

Rent increase in in past 5 years

I really like this storage system, but it’s hard to justify the new $90 price tag. I bought my first set for $60, which felt like a fair deal. At nearly $100 now, there are probably more affordable options out there that do the same
