Still have a storage space there. No issues except when our two 5*5s billed on the same day. Michaela was really good about trying anything she thought would work to resolve the problem. Finally resolved in April, so April and May will be autopay. Worked for the years before that - at least from 2022 through the end of 2025 before issues.

I appreciated the customer service.

Very convenient and close by my mom's house. Nice big 10x20 on the ground floor too.Also, both ladies I dealt with who I guess are from the Sacramento store were so helpful and friendly. I can't thank them enough.

The unit I have is on the side that the elevator doesn't work, and it was the only option for the size I needed at this time, which made my move this time a little harder. I lived cube smart the first time I rented so I had gone back to rent again, but this experience is having me a little stressed. I am not in the best health for all the heavy lifting up stairs

The storage is nice area and clean especially the cart is not there for 2nd floor because of long hallways as back and forth to carry without the cart. It needs cart as big time. Thanks for the service.
