After signing up they instantly started raising rent. Also this location has consistent management change which is difficult to work with. Middle gate never works and I returned my lock new packed but never got refund for tbat

My mother's things were all ruined by Rats and their urine and feces everywhere. And ants. The insurance refused to pay out. I couldn't get help in the office or on the phone and the property was filthy and littered with trash

I received notice that my rent was going up. In the notice it stated that the facility was clean and in working order. This is not a correct statement. When I moved in in May the elevator in the C/D building was not working. It is now November and it still isn't working. The exit gate between the two building is also broken and had been broken for over a month. Prior to the last time it went down it was down on several other occasions. How can this be considered in working order????? As for the cleanliness - what a joke. In the hall outside of my unit there were huge clumps of dog hair was two weeks or more. It was then just pushed around the corner. There were torn up paper scraps in the hallway for just as long of a time period. There have been plastic bottles left in the driveways for weeks. The manager does not take pride in the appearance of the facility. I had planned to be moving out in another month or two due to moving but the increase in rent had me decide to move out earlier. Especially with the false statement of good working order and cleanliness. Someone from corporate should make a surprise inspection to see the actual condition of the location.

The door have some screws out that don’t let the door close very well, hard to open and close and it doesn’t let to put the locker correctly, because the holes are not even.

Not a safe well maintained facility. Gates are constantly breaking down. As of this writing elevators are still out of order over 6 months. The property in my unit has storm damage from a leaky roof. The stair wells are are absent of railings.

We rented a unit for a 2 bedroom house. The unit that was issued was upstairs - no problem. Wait there is a problem the elevator is out of order and has been for months with no repair in sight. How is someone to move dressers couches tables up stairs? When I brought this to the office's attention they said to come in and they would work something out. That didn't happen. They wanted to give me a unit that was twice the price. That is not good customer service. I felt scammed. I have a small unit there for other items so this did not leave me feeling very good about customer service. I never moved into the new unit. The little blue seal is still there.
