The location and access was very convenient

The door have some screws out that don’t let the door close very well, hard to open and close and it doesn’t let to put the locker correctly, because the holes are not even.

Not a safe well maintained facility. Gates are constantly breaking down. As of this writing elevators are still out of order over 6 months. The property in my unit has storm damage from a leaky roof. The stair wells are are absent of railings.

We rented a unit for a 2 bedroom house. The unit that was issued was upstairs - no problem. Wait there is a problem the elevator is out of order and has been for months with no repair in sight. How is someone to move dressers couches tables up stairs? When I brought this to the office's attention they said to come in and they would work something out. That didn't happen. They wanted to give me a unit that was twice the price. That is not good customer service. I felt scammed. I have a small unit there for other items so this did not leave me feeling very good about customer service. I never moved into the new unit. The little blue seal is still there.

Friendly staff, clean facility easy access and just what I need.

i forgot the woman’s name at the desk but she was very helpful and made sure i was in and out literally in like 5 minutes. She was extremely pleasant. Thanks Girl lol
