Service was very good but we observed some termites in valued old furniture that were not there previoudly.

Terry was helpful in setting up the process even when there was an internet hiccup on the day wanted to move in, was able to complete next day smoothly.

Very professional, personable and provide consistent exceptional customer service. I had 3 different storages at separate locations, Wade Street, College Street, Eldorado Pkwy. Each location was overall a very pleasant experience. I would definitely use and refer CubeSmart in the future. Terry at Wade location is an asset to the brand. He was exceptional, always on top of things. Ed at College location is super kind and very knowledgeable. Addy at Eldorado location is AMAZING!

The customer service is impeccable. The cleanliness of the facility is immaculant, they have space sizes to accommodate varying needs and the rates are more affordable than other facilities.
