This email serves as a formal demand for immediate correction of my move-out date, along with appropriate compensation for the time, inconvenience, and frustration caused by your office.I personally appeared at your CubeSmart location at 8749 Wade Blvd, Frisco, Texas on April 13, 2026, and completed my move-out with Terry. I was clearly told I would receive a confirmation email. That email was never sent.From April 14 through April 17, I called your office daily. Every call went to voicemail. I left multiple messages and received no response. This complete lack of communication is unacceptable.On April 18, 2026, I finally reached an employee identified as “M,” who processed my move-out as of that date. This is incorrect. My move-out occurred on April 13, 2026. Your staff’s failure to properly process my move-out, combined with your office’s failure to return repeated calls, has created an issue that should not exist.I was then told that the move-out could only be processed as of April 18. That is not accurate, and I will not accept responsibility for additional days caused solely by your internal failures.Accordingly, I demand the following be completed immediately:Written confirmation that my official move-out date is April 13, 2026Immediate correction of all account records to reflect the April 13, 2026 move-out dateRemoval and/or reversal of any charges incurred after April 13, 2026Written confirmation that my account has been fully closed as of April 13, 2026In addition, given the repeated failed attempts to resolve this matter, the lack of response from your office, and the time I have been forced to spend correcting your error, I expect reasonable compensation for this inconvenience. This may include a full refund of any improper charges, along with an additional courtesy credit or written confirmation that no further fees of any kind will be assessed.This situation reflects a significant breakdown in customer service and internal operations. If this matter is not resolved promptly and appropriately, I will escalate this issue to CubeSmart corporate and pursue further remedies as necessary.I expect a prompt response confirming full resolution

Hello, I appreciate Larry in the front office for his service. I have stayed at this facility because it is convenient for me, but the combination of rising rates without notice and a lack of basic maintenance is making it difficult to continue my residency. ITS A SAFETY HAZARD NOT TO HAVE LIGHTS IN THE UNITS. While trying to organize and prepare for my move the lights kept going off. The bathroom stay very Nasty…..etc

Each time I come to the facility to drop something off into my unit or pick something up from my unit I had a hard time finding a cart. More times than not, I no carts were to be found. And the few that were available were in use. The faculty has too few cards for the number of units. One day recently, I counted only four (4) total and that was not enough for the number of units on site on this given day as the facility was busy.

Pros: Terry at this location is amazing. It's so nice and rare to deal with the same person over 5+ years. The location was always clean and felt safe.Cons: when we moved our furniture and antiques out of our climate controlled unit, almost every piece was growing mold on the base. We had to clean everything with vinegar, and some pieces will require further remediation. One table has a bad water mark on the top that is practically rotted. Guess there was a leak somewhere?

After 2 months price of the storage unit was increased by 20$. Also I was charged late after informing i was moving out the same date. I had to pay whole months unit price for 5 days.
