The facility is nice and safe. However, the annual increases of 15% or more per year make the units too expensive. I understand some increase, but your increases seem excessive to me.

Leasing a storage unit was quick and easy, pricing was decent, and closing my account was quick and efficient once I was ready to stop storing my stuff. Overall it was a very pleasant experience leasing with them and I had no problems during my lease period.

Costs continued to increase. I verified costs with several other providers, and was able to move into a facility with cost less than half of what the last price increase on my unit was. In visiting with other tenants at Cubesmart, I question if the cost increase was applicable only to tenants such as my self that had been a patron for several years.

the space was good and clean. facility usually secure. frustrated there is nothing to hold interior doors open when needing to load or unload. Also the amount of rent escalating all the time became unaffordable. that was the bottom line. couldn’t afford it.
