Friendly staff.

It is all about Meshach. Meshach was very professional and so patient with me because it has been 25 years since I've had a unit. Because of how he presents himself, I could tell he is truly genuine and sincere. He made me feel safe to know I could trust him if I needed assistance. This is important yo me at my age and with this new financial commitment. I'm very appreciative to him for his attitude and efforts (even it's a daily stand for him). Please acknowledge Meshach and please reward him in a financial way. He's a fantastic employee!

One complaint, you could never talk to a person in real life, rarely was there an employee present.

Payments got misplaced a few times over the years and I was sent emails about late fees and liens causing me undue stress that was out of my control. The bank sent the checks but the person responsible for opening the mail and entering the payments couldnt find the mail/check.
