Payments got misplaced a few times over the years and I was sent emails about late fees and liens causing me undue stress that was out of my control. The bank sent the checks but the person responsible for opening the mail and entering the payments couldnt find the mail/check.

Your rates have significantly increased. I found a storage facility and will be paying $100 less a month for the same type of storage unit.

1. You do not pro rate rent, I moved out a few days after I paid my bill ( could’t get a truck) and you kept the rest of the month’s rent. 1. You do not recognize or market to long term renters.

The customer service at CubeSmart is great, but the pricing is ridiculous--significantly more expensive than other companies, and the prices continue to increase. I moved to another company, and the price is 66% LESS for a LARGER UNIT! That's a no-brainer!
