Amazing and friendly staff!

Door stop to enter the unit was broken/missing for 2 yrs. So basically, a $5 fix would have gone a long way. Gate to enter was broken for days/weeks. Lack of feeling secure was an issue.

The ongoing multiple rent increases each year was frustrating for a long term customer like me. Annual increase, sure, but multiple times a year is not sustainable.

I was with you all for years..you got out of control with raising you monthly rate!! Seemed that every time I turned around you were raising your fees! Ridiculous and pathetic!! There has to be a limit on how many and how much you charge!

Clean unit. Ed and EM were competent and nice.

You got me out of a jam in storing some items.

Easy to reserve space and very cordial reception.

The manager is great, and the price points for units are reasonable.

This was my first time needing a storage facility and Ed at CubeSmart made the process very easy. My son needed a climate controlled unit for a year so we were happy when we found CubeSmart in a safe neighborhood, with controlled access, and we were able to prepay for the time needed. Moving out was just as easy and Ed answered any questions I had. We were very happy with our experience.
