I moved into an 8x10 unit. I hadn't intended on stay long and used it for over 2 years. The facility was nice and clean. Access was somewhat easy except when working on entry gate. The rent started out reasonable but the increase in rent were upsetting

I am disappointed by the fact that I was told that the Frisco, Texas location has only 7 units available but was told that despite renting a new and a larger unit, I would not be offered any prorating to renting the new unit. I am choosing this location again simply due to proximity and convenience. Was very disappointed by the customer service at the location at 7749 Stonebrook Parkway, Frisco, Texas 75034.For the Washington, D.C. location, I was temporarily storing during a move and customer service was excellent.

Office did not answer the phone; not available most of the time

Very good location, service was excellent, location keept very clean and very private, very little traffic. Pricing was competitive and even though I had payed a year in advance, I ended up not needing the space any more after 8 months and got a refund for the remaining amount of the deposit. Overall very eaasy and seemless experience!

Way too expensive, we moved our unit elsewhere.Other than that, it was great!

Multiple rate changes throughout term.

The team was always helpful, pleasant, and resourceful. I haven’t had any complaints or issues. I will say the gate that faces Stonebrook Pkwy always is a bit finicky but not a huge concern as it is typically resolved promptly. Facility was always clean, well climate controlled. If I ever need a storage unit again, you bet it will be through Cubesmart.
