Multiple rate changes throughout term.

The team was always helpful, pleasant, and resourceful. I haven’t had any complaints or issues. I will say the gate that faces Stonebrook Pkwy always is a bit finicky but not a huge concern as it is typically resolved promptly. Facility was always clean, well climate controlled. If I ever need a storage unit again, you bet it will be through Cubesmart.

Out of the eight months I was at this location, the front gate was broken where you either couldn't get in or it was stuck open collectively for months. Also raising the rent every 2 to 3 months is not ideal for me.
