I have three other storage units at this location for the various organizations that I run. This was a temporary need only; it was actually meant for it. I was not happy with the rent increase just a few months after moving in.

Kayelee was very friendly and accommodating! I really enjoyed checking in with her.

Over the 7 years we were there, it became clear existing tenants were less valued than prospective ones. Pricing increases confirmed it. The business model punishes longevity.

There was one person working at the CubeSmart location that I had my items in storage. I could never find her when I needed assistance as she was running all over the parking lot. I needed somewhere to dump my trash from the storage and I could not find her when I needed her, even just to ask a simple question too.
