At first, Cube Smart was a very affordable choice. However, I have learned that, over time, all storage companies raise prices. So it is my fault, I didn't pay attention to the price going up. I would have been happy to keep my storage there if I didn't feel like I had been ripped off for an extended period. I also do not expect you to stop doing this scam since idiots like me don't pay attention

I’ve stored with y’all numerous times and I’ve been lucky enough to have Kristen as my property manager. Both times she has been the absolute best. I would come back in the future if I need storage.

The customer service is beyond amazing and the prices are very competitive and fair compared to the surrounding storage facilities within the Dallas metroplex. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Same space started paying $149 a month. Kept going up and got to $390. Same space nothing changed. Rip off.

Someone from the office called me to confirm my rentals. She was very kind. The rental process online was fairly simple. Coming from another larger company, this hospitality is greatly appreciated.

The facility was always so clean, the people were always so friendly, I could go there any time of day and feel safe, and I loved how smooth the transition of moving was due to the storage unit
