The facility was always so clean, the people were always so friendly, I could go there any time of day and feel safe, and I loved how smooth the transition of moving was due to the storage unit

When water entered my unit and damaged my items they handled that appropriately. However, they were not accommodating in moving us to another unit while repairing that one. That is why we moved our stuff out and will store somewhere else.
