Y’all have rats. My belongings costing over 8,000 was destroyed/contaminated and the insurance I paid for doesn’t cover the rats. I made complaints and the rats are still there. I will never use cube smart again.

Lowballed me on the initial rental fee, and then continued to raise it till I was paying 50% more than where I started. Owner didnt care at all and refused to renegotiate the price.
