You increase the rate from 159 to 210 out of nowhere.You made me seek out better options. Not returning.

Your prices increased over 65% in the past 36 months and almost 200% since I first leased from you. Increased prices and decreased service. With an on-site manager no longer available, communications became difficult and often went unanswered. The final straw was the RATS!!! There is no food source in my unit, but it suddenly filled with rat droppings and signs of a rat infestation (nests, etc.). They say you get what you pay for, but all I got was rats. We had to open every single box before transporting it off your property to ensure there were not varmints in my belongings. I do need storage for our holiday and other large items, but I will not be getting it from Cubesmart.

I started at 36.00 about a month to two months ago later my fee went from 36 to 43 I thought that was wrong.

Things were stolen from my storage unit and unprofessional from the Manger. I would not recommend this company to a dog.

Fast and friendly service and good security

Rob was awesome with customer service . I was extremely Disappointed in rate increases FAR too many times in the 3 years I had my (2)unites , by the time I vacated it was close to $600.00 per month for (1) 10×10 and (1) 10×15 . Rates were raised 5 or more times within a 3 year span . I did a lot of calling around and found that most (if not all of them) were under $100.00 for 10×10 and or a 10×15. I'll Never understand !!
