The prices are very expensive for the spaces leased.

The staff member, Rob, who assisted me was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained aspects of the rental process thoroughly, and was very customer friendly. We toured a unit I saw online and even helped me practice properly opening and closing the unit door and how to use the lock properly. Great experience!

Pretty good service......my only complaint was the annual rate increases were too high.

I only had a very hard time opening the door as it was stuck. Luckily a gentleman was passing by and I asked him to help me, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to open it.

I initially rented the wrong size. I was able to switch units hassle free.
