Easy transaction.

I asked to lower my storage unit to CubeSmart price and they wanted move my storage bin and pay more money to move and I was already paying $243. For a 10x10 and Cube Smart was $179. So very disturbing.

Friendly, professional staff. High degree of security and extremely clean facilities. Price was also fair. Excellent customer service.

When the transition from self storage happened, I called to find out details. I explicitly asked if there were any other changes and was assured there were no changes beyond the increase in insurance cost. I was told I could make my payment online. When I attempted to do that, I found out that there was a charge now for paying with a card. Only paying with your bank account was free. But that I could only do starting the next month. Feels like a significant change.

Questionable practices including;required insurance that covers literally nothing but the facility, consistent rate increases, payments made over the phone carry a hefty convenience fee even though the online portal would never work. Just to name a few

The price has almost doubled. Definitely not worth paying that much per month.
