All the staff at The CubeSmart I rented from were great, and I have nothing but good things to say about them.That said, I was less that satisfied with the increases in rent I experienced at CubeSmart. From the time I started renting, my rent was an initial payment was $145.09. Then it was adjusted to $179.05. Then $182.63. Then $230.52. Then $283.56. And finally to $286.34. That's a 60% increase from my initial rate of $179.05. In 16 months. So I'll never recommend CubeSmart to family and friends, and in fact, will only tell them to never rent from you.
