Cube Smart staff always were friendly and helpful, but I think that the recent price increases were coming at a rather rapid pace.

My storage unit was robbed nothing was ever done . No security. Nobody cared you even made me pay for another lock the robbers stole !!!! Someone was watching me wether it was another renter or staff I I'll never know !!!

It served its purpose and they are all drive up storage units so you can park near the doors and unload and reload

Renting online was super easy. Met Nicole to obtain my gate Code and she was incredibly helpful and kind. The storage unit was clean when I went to observe what I rented, so I couldn't be happier!

I've only had the storage location for a few days and don't know how well it will do after a rain. I am making sure everything stays dry through a heavy rain since there are small gaps beneath the doors. Nicole, who signed me up, was incredibly nice and professional.

I had been for more than 6 years and they raise the rent every 6 month...nit $ 10.00 more than others storage. I move from one space I was paying $ 90 and in 1 1/2 year they raise up to $ 139.00 is an abuse. I founda better place bigger and chipper. I don't recommend it anybody.

Friendly staff, Nicole helped me get all my stuff to my unit! She explained the gate hours which are awesome if you need to stop by late or early.
