Helpful staff, nice facility

It was highly recommended by a friend, and the receptionist Nicole was very helpful! I liked the fact that that it was one story, very clean, and reasonably priced.

First of all, my unit got broken into and I lost over $10,000 worth of equipment, there was no video equipment or surveillance set up, and even though the manager knew the people who I described there was nothing they could do to help me out. The constantly raising rent, and huge stretches of time with no functional lights, the gate constantly being broken into, absolutely regret the thousands of dollars I wasted storing my stuff. I would’ve been better off selling it or throwing in the trash.

How easy it to navigate the whole renting a unit and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
