The facility is very nice and we appreciated the security features of the storage. It makes no sense to me that the price of rent would increase by $50 per year. This practice discourages long-term customers. The price now is already quite high for the area.

Several times I went to my RV the gate was broken and in the up position. I was very concerned with the security of my RV.The price increase since we started has astronomical. I now rent privately for $100 per mi th in a secured area.
