The ease of the automation (access, door/gate code, etc) is great. However, the customer service isn't good. The store managers are hardly ever there, you can't call the store directly (it routes you through a national number where you leave a message), weird store hours where it's hard to catch anyone at the the front counter. Then the price increase that came out of nowhere.
