Very clean facility

The storage is well-kept and clean, and the staff member I've worked with, Kimberly, is courteous, professional, and kind. However, the rental prices and sizes I listed online were inaccurate. It took multiple visits over three days to rent one unit; the contract, cost, and space were changed twice, and with each change, the prices increased.

The lady who helped me on the phone was very patient; she took me through all the steps both on the internet and on the phone. The lad who made my application at the facilities was very nice, he reviewed part of the already known stuff and guided us through the storage twice so could remember our way inside the building.

Very safe and secure premises. Always clean. Easy to pay on line and excellent exit policy. Office personnel were polite and answered any and all questions.

Service is great. Manager took the time to walk me through the process and show me the different options available. I was also enrolled in auto pay, so no worries about when to make my next payment.
