We lost the key to our lock. The manager was able to give us access to our unit. It was very difficult and she did it expeditiously so that we could move our daughter into her apartment.

everything except the availability of carts to move stuff around was excellent. 3 carts for the whole building are troubling when there is a lot of activity on move in / move out days for college

The storage unit was very clean, the person taking care of it knowledgeable and always present to help.The start to end process was extremely easy and we felt great about using this facility.
