Good service. Price seems to be fair, or at least in line with storage costs. Secure, really liked the app, but near the end I had to log in every time, seems like the face id stopped working. Good overall, people there, were always very helpful.

The price was way too high for the unit I had, and that location has a rodent problem. Some of my furniture was ruined, and I had to throw some very special pieces out. Then I was required to remove all debris and the rodent droppings from the unit before my account would be closed. To be fair, the movers I hired did leave some debris behind in the hallway and elevator, but the large majority of the debris was because rodents destroyed my furniture.

Convenient close to my house, facility is clean, secure and well maintained, and the price is reasonable.
