Excellent on site customer service and a very easy and efficient process to rent a unit. Property site seems well managed and maintained.

The facility was fine and the ladies in the office were very nice. No complaints with either. We just got tired of the constant rate increases. Prices go up, I understand that. But increases everything 3 or 4 months feels greedy.

We rented a 5x10 unit and when we arrived, the unit had 2 beams going down it that are covered and taking away 2 feet from the size that it should be

good staff at my location.

Not secure…front gate broken frequently (always up when I would stop by no matter the time of day)Elevator service not working during move out on a Sunday. Very upset people…not just myself. Had to climb to the 6th floor 3 times and send carts in the elevator. I could call the elevator from the 6th floor and it would take me down. No acknowledgment.
