Everything was great. The only reason it wasn't a 10 is because the reservation and cancellation was a little confusing. The onsite manager was great, but not always there.

Staff at Gainesville VA Charis location was fantastic for the years I rented. Unit and facility clean with available carts etc for use.

Staff always helpful. Facilities are clean and smell of pest control spray, which is comforting to me that my items will be protected. Price is reasonable. Paying simple.
