Great facility with state of the art infrastructure; large passageways, elevators, secure access, bright lighting, clean upkeep and maintenance. On the down side, far too expensive and for long time residents that have remained loyal to Cubesmart spanning several months/years, supremely diss appointed with the persistent price increases on rent that have shown no sign of abating. Facility owner has simply become too greedy and beholden to revenue generation that forced our hand to abandon and seek out more competitive storage solutions. Need to start overweighting customer loyalty in the calculus as to how price increases are realized and substantiated as well as, defining to whom such rent increases will impact and for how long.
