The facility was fine and the ladies in the office were very nice. No complaints with either. We just got tired of the constant rate increases. Prices go up, I understand that. But increases everything 3 or 4 months feels greedy.

We rented a 5x10 unit and when we arrived, the unit had 2 beams going down it that are covered and taking away 2 feet from the size that it should be
