Facility was an always well maintained and staff was helpful and friendly.

Not secure…front gate broken frequently (always up when I would stop by no matter the time of day)Elevator service not working during move out on a Sunday. Very upset people…not just myself. Had to climb to the 6th floor 3 times and send carts in the elevator. I could call the elevator from the 6th floor and it would take me down. No acknowledgment.

I used the outside storage and mice were all through my boxes.

Facility is well maintained. Staff is pleasant.

It was easy to book, staff at the location were great and friendly. Payments reasonable and.easy to pay.
