I had no lock when I moved in, no move-in package. There are no dolly’s. Actually, there was a broken dolly. The climate controlled unit is as hot as it is outside.

Not enough lighting don't like the set up of how you get into inside units no parking for loading your item like other facilities where you just back up your vehicle and no carts

I was a loyal customer for many, many years.Your excessive rate increases every six months became too much to bear. Add to that an extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional district manager (this was several years ago) and my unit being literally covered in rodent droppings, and I think the reasons for my score above is obvious.

Easy to set up storage space and ultimately cancel. Clean unit with easy access. Acceptable rates and discounts.

I moved out, notified the office via email and in person, yet I’m still getting invoices. The office is often not staffed during posted hours, which led to problems accessing my unit. Facility maintenance is spotty, with lights that were out for over a year.
