The facility had a bad odor. The double doors, which you need to take your belongs thru, were broken during much of my year + there. There is no one in the office most of the time. And your system tried to charge me again even AFTER I’d moved out. So, not a great experience to be honest.

Building is being kept very clean and organized.Staff are very courteous and nice.It is easy to access our storage spaces.

Office never opened on time as described online and will close hours before posted times price was not accurate as described

Facilities is not well kept. Most of the time the front entrance sliding doors have been malfunctioning and only one elevator works for the whole building. I complain several times about the latch on my unit not working and it never got fixed. Not sure if it's the new owners or management that are not taking care of the property like they used to.

Cubesmart is a convenient storage facility near my home. I've been using them for years and have already recommended them to friends and family members in the past.

Pluses: Good temperature control, it felt safe, was clean, the app was helpfulMinuses: the front doors are usually not working; could not get a replacement light in my unit .. 20 feet deep and very dark, manager was not helpful at all about the light.

Unit was clean with good climate control. Overhead light in the unit did not work.

Only 1 of 2 elevators work and I heard Cubesmart is not fixing the #1 elevator. There are only 4 dollies. This makes for a very difficult day on Saturday or Sunday. But it is close to my house and I hope this only lasts for 3 months. So many people complaining and wanting to get our of their units due to the break down of elevators.

The facility was very clean and the customer service was A1. I would definitely recommend people to come here to store their stuff. They always answered every question that I had.

While Virpuil provided excellent customer service, the company raised my rate after three months by more than 30 dollars.
