I love how clean and organized the place is still. And staff was very accommodating. I’m glad we found cube smart for a place to store our things. Feels very secure!

The monthly price was increased by 25% without me expecting this. Storage facilities are taking advantage of the fact that it is difficult to transfer stored items easily to another facility.It would be best if leases of 6 or 12 months be offered at a fixed price.

Availability is great, but maintanance is not good. Front dooor unfixed for a while, rates increased. Thank you for having us.

The security of the building (broken front door for months, still not properly fixed) and quality of customer care has declined markedly in recent months. The customer facing staff is confrontational and misleads.
