Terrible management at this store. Front door has been broken and wide open for 9 months and no one seems to care. I wouldn't mind as much if my rate didn't double over the span of two years.

There was mouse poop all over my stuff. I pay too much money per month for this to be a problem! With that much poop it seems like there was a huge problem.

I stated I would move out by 12/8. I moved out 12/6. On 12/8 I was still charged and I’m paying for an empty storage unit. Despite my emails and photographs; I am being told nothing can be done. This is poor customer service. My plan was to get another storage unit when I move in a few months but will definitely go with another company that treats customers fairly. This is so unfortunate.

Setting up and closing out the unit were very efficient. I used my unit for four years to store items that I had no room for in my prior apartment but now we have the room since we moved to a larger house. There have been times where the elevator or front entrance have been out of order but the facility was quick to address those issues.

The place is poorly kept, the manager is rude, i have seen roaches, the big door has been broken for 5 months causing me to break several items, trying to push the cart through little baby door that has a huge one bump. Worst storage facility ever!

Poor customer service from start to finish. I arrived during posted business hours, but a sign on the door said “Will return at noon,” even though it was only 9:50 AM.I was quoted one price for the unit and was told nothing about an administrative fee—especially since I was already an existing customer. When it came time to sign the lease, suddenly the fee appeared, and I was told that because I was being treated as a “new customer,” I had to pay it. Yet at the same time, they refused to give me the new-customer promotion of half off the first month’s rent. None of this was explained upfront.After emptying my original unit and returning to the office, I found the door closed again and waited about 15 minutes before anyone came back.Overall, a very poor experience. The associate was unprofessional. On a previous visit, I waited while he helped walk-ins and took phone calls. This time I politely said I didn’t want to wait again since I had already been there. He then accused me of shouting, which I absolutely was not.Very disappointing service. I would not recommend this location.
