Front door always not working & only 1 elevator working. Everything else is good.

The service was great, the front desk was always helpful and knowledgeable about the storage units. I feel safe every time I enter that building. I have other friends and family that have storage in that building as well very easy accessible only problem. Sometimes the elevated does not work but other than that everything was great

Last year I would have said 10. Howver, now the front door is broken, door providing acess to ground floor open/broken, the foyer noticeably less clean, and the bathroom filthy. Also it appears the building has a mouse problem.

Staff never available in the office always had to wait 20-30 min to find someone

The manager Vipul was very helpful with my checking out process. The place clean and and well kept. The only challenge was the main door being broken. This make it more difficult moving large furniture.
