Poor customer service from start to finish. I arrived during posted business hours, but a sign on the door said “Will return at noon,” even though it was only 9:50 AM.I was quoted one price for the unit and was told nothing about an administrative fee—especially since I was already an existing customer. When it came time to sign the lease, suddenly the fee appeared, and I was told that because I was being treated as a “new customer,” I had to pay it. Yet at the same time, they refused to give me the new-customer promotion of half off the first month’s rent. None of this was explained upfront.After emptying my original unit and returning to the office, I found the door closed again and waited about 15 minutes before anyone came back.Overall, a very poor experience. The associate was unprofessional. On a previous visit, I waited while he helped walk-ins and took phone calls. This time I politely said I didn’t want to wait again since I had already been there. He then accused me of shouting, which I absolutely was not.Very disappointing service. I would not recommend this location.

Clean, safe environment

The main double door has been broken for months.

It was so easy to start and stop the contract. The storage area fit our needs exactly. It was easy to access to unit and the platform Dollie’s were super helpful.

The facility was great, my issue with Cubesmart is the expense of renting

Self manage storage is convenient. Overall management is good.However, the facility really need to improve. For 300 old game preserve Road WH, the front door is out of order over 2 months but never be fixed.I don’t think fix a door need to take that long?
