The space was advertised as climate controlled, but had zero ventilation much less actual climate control. The price went up EXPONENTIALLY year over year. From a little over $500 to over $750/mo in just two years.

Poorly maintained. Very bad lighting inside buildings. Snow removal inadequate when required. Ample opportunity for slips and falls. Very little was done by way of housekeeping. Office staff friendly.

I like how easy it is to access my unit and pay my bill.I don’t like that it’s so hard to talk to a manager or any employee. Also bill should be prorated if you leave in the middle of a billing cycle.
