I was a loyal customer for many, many years.Your excessive rate increases every six months became too much to bear. Add to that an extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional district manager (this was several years ago) and my unit being literally covered in rodent droppings, and I think the reasons for my score above is obvious.

I moved out, notified the office via email and in person, yet I’m still getting invoices. The office is often not staffed during posted hours, which led to problems accessing my unit. Facility maintenance is spotty, with lights that were out for over a year.
