I moved out, notified the office via email and in person, yet I’m still getting invoices. The office is often not staffed during posted hours, which led to problems accessing my unit. Facility maintenance is spotty, with lights that were out for over a year.

Great relationships with the office personnel through the years. Excellent service. Tony Stevenson was great to work with over the years. Russell has also been great to work with as well.

The space was advertised as climate controlled, but had zero ventilation much less actual climate control. The price went up EXPONENTIALLY year over year. From a little over $500 to over $750/mo in just two years.

Poorly maintained. Very bad lighting inside buildings. Snow removal inadequate when required. Ample opportunity for slips and falls. Very little was done by way of housekeeping. Office staff friendly.
