I called twice to schedule time to see the unit before renting it and went to the location twice. One week later no one called me back and no one was ever there when I went onsite. So I rented a unit online, and when I went onsite that unit definitely would not have been my choice. The light in front of my unit is out, so we had to store the unit in the dark. And the latch on the unit is very rusty. The facility doesn’t look very well kept and customer service is non-existent.

Paid for climate control, but wasn't controlled; initial building hvac was never active, 2nd building access door wouldn't close (never repaired). Moved into a new unit but it's door wasn't attached to concrete; left my key (for several weeks) for repair to be made, but repair was never made. Returned a startup kit (new lock) when I changed units for a $20 credit, but never was able to get the credit. Change-over in staff made it difficult/impossible to pursue credit & door repair.

My light was never fixed. There was a horrible roach and mice problem. The previous two managers never fixed anything and were dishonest. The district manager and cubesmart never contacted me about the issues once I reached out and told them of the issues. The company didnt try to keep me.

I rented an indoor climate control unit. Paid 370 per month and all my furniture got water damage and mold. Along with mice running all through the storage unit.
