Rented from a space for years, cubesmart bought and rent price went up way too often and ended up being three times as much as original payment. In the end the pricing is horrendous for long time customers. New customers got a $150 less in payments per month. How is that fair? Plus unit was damaged and had water leak all over my furniture. It’s ruined.

The storage facility in Garden Ridge TX is close to my residence, an excellent value compared to other storage facilities in the area, and a very helpful and professional office manager, Tamara.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Communication was excellent. Stored my rare BMW X5 there and I never had any issues and it was always the same as I left it.

CubeSmart kept raising the rates every few months until it was outrageous. Will NEVER use CubeSmart again and will advise anyone who asks against using this terrible corporation. Taking advantage of people abhors me.

Upon my leaving, I found out that my neighbor pays $130 for the same unit I'm paying $277 for.. I had been a customer of this storage unit for close to 15 years, or so, and to find out this discrepancy of rents is incredibly disturbing
