Everything was great

The manager, Liz, was so accommodating anytime I needed anything or had questions.

The large covered door area....spacious elevator....moving "dollies" provided....temperature controlled

i was a couple of days late because of the closing on my home and i was told it wouldn't affect the price and it did, you charged me an extra 40 dollars a month. I thought it was a one year contract but a few months later you went up another 50 dollars a month which meant i had to move out. every other storage facility that i used for storing things before if i wasn't there for the whole month, they would give me my money back for the rest of the month that i wasn't there but you kept the whole month's rent

Manager at the Gardner Ma location is horrible.The GM is horrible.The maintenance crew is horrible.The fact that the remaining rent is not refundable regardless if you leave 3 weeks before the next renewal.Facility is squalor 1/2 the time.

Liz made renting the storage unit easy. Would recommend to anyone. The facility was clean and easy to find my unit.

I thought the facility was clean. No mildew. I just moved in and it seems like I need to buy extra things to keep my clothes and furniture from going bad.
