The clerks are very knowledgeable about their jobs and quick to show you anything you may need for packing. The place is pretty clean and well run. Shay is always quick with a friendly hi when he sees you. They make it a very nice experience for a person stressing over moving.

The storage unit itself was nice and climate controlled. However the floors are never vacuumed/cleaned and the price is very expensive.

Flex pricing is not my thing….

Units are good, climate control is good, no humidity issues. But aisles need to be swept and bathroom facilities are sub par, especially given the rental prices.

The storage unit was great and accessibility was good as well, but the biggest downfall is the big price increases and the frequency of them. The "special" price deal is too short.

Your clerks were very helpful and knowledgeable, also very friendly. Cubesmart is very clean and had everything I needed, boxes, locks ,tape ECT .. a great place to store my furniture.

I did not need it anymore as I have moved. I only put my stuff in there as I needed a space for a short time why we were on vacation.

I should have been refunded fort 14 days left in the last month's advance payment.The lady attendant said They don't do that.The male attendant with a broken finger had said previously that Cube Smart will give me the refund for the days the units were taken out and payment was made for the month in advance. He asked me to give him a good rating.
