Creeping prices for long term customers. Doubled price of unit from 150 per month to 300 per month.

The consistency in price increase between all of your units is agitating and discouraging. I had to sell a lot of my stuff in order to afford your price hikes and obtain a smaller unit to keep it financially manageable. It got to a point where I had to remove all of my stuff as your prices continued to sky rocket. My small 5x9 ended up costing more than the 10x15 I started in not even one year ago prior. I’m not sure how you get away with it, but I’ll discourage anyone from using your facility.

The clerk was very friendly and helpful. It's easy to get there and access. I was lucky and got a storage unit by the door you come in . So far it has made everything very easy.
